Your programming probably requires you to enter a password to get to the price setting since it's a Coke door. It wasn't until Royal produced the Merlin III that they incorporated more elaborate programming for Pepsi/Generic machines and Coke machines. Now you also mentioned that you have a Coke door with 7 buttons and 8 columns but the Merlin 2000 programming should still be the same as described above. Pressing the door switch or closing the door will put you back in the vend mode and you can then check your prices. Once you have the price you want, it will automagically be saved for you and you can then change another price if needed. Releasing the button and pressing it again will lower the price. The first press will show the current price and then begin raising it. After getting to SP you then press any selection you wish to change. This should put you in the SP (set price) mode. Then while dt is shown you need to HOLD the door switch in while pressing the mode button one more time. ![]() You will first press the mode button 2 times to get to dt (test vend) on your display. To access pricing with a Merlin 2000 board you must locate the door switch to the right of the delivery chute and the mode button on the logic board. The 552 is not a G3 machine, it's a Merlin 2000 machine. ![]()
